Bonnie Garraux

Bonnie L. (Wagner) Garraux, age 70, of Hampton Twp., passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023. Beloved wife of 46 years to Daryl Garraux; loving mother of Matthew (Marissa), Andrew (Brittney), and Jeffrey (Kayla); proud grandmother of Madeleine, Luc, Steel, and Colt; dear sister of Robert (Sandra), Richard, Michael, Jack (Anja), James (Janice), and Sally (Donald); sister-in-law of Karen (Michael) Ulrich, Karen Wagner and Christina Wagner (deceased). Bonnie was a 1970 Shaler Area High School graduate. She continued on to graduate from Slippery Rock University, proud to be a legacy following in her mother’s footsteps. After completing her Masters of Education, Bonnie was an Elementary School teacher for 37 years in Shaler Area School District. She was a Community Bible Study (CBS) Leader at the North Park Church and a docent at the Hartwood Acres Mansion. An avid history buff, Bonnie also loved sewing and RV camping. However, spending time with her family brought her the most joy in her life. Friends will be received on Wednesday, April 19, from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday April 20, at 11 AM in Saints Martha and Mary Parish, St. Richard Church, 3841 Dickey Rd, Gibsonia, PA.
