Gerard M. "Jerry" Sisca

Gerard “Jerry” Sisca III, of Etna, was a caring brother, uncle, neighbor, parishioner, and friend who left this world suddenly on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 after being involved in a fatal car accident. He was born to Gerard and Adelyn Sisca on October 13, 1943. After graduating from Etna High School, Jerry worked in the Blandi family restaurant (The LeMont), then did odd jobs for the community, and most recently worked for the city of Pittsburgh until retirement. Jerry was passionate about serving The Lord, donating time to All Saints Church in Etna, and researching the Sisca and Blandi family history. He leaves to his cherished memory Frank Joseph Sisca (brother), Jimmy and Luna Gitas (nephew and wife) along with children Ellise and Geno, Frankie and Simona Sisca (nephew and wife) along with children Giana and Adriana, as well as Daniel Sisca (nephew). A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 22, 2023, at 10 AM in St. Matthew Parish, All Saints Church, Etna. A reception to follow at 11 AM at the All Saints Community Center, next door to the church. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Matthew Parish: In loving memory of Jerry.
