Jean P. Jack

Jean P. Jack, 91 passed away on January 10, 2025. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Donald W. Jack of 60 years. She is survived by three children; Doug (Sherri) Jack, Donna Tappe, and Dennis Jack. Seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Jean was a true Pittsburgher, having been born in her family home in the Mexican War streets on the North Side. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, she attended the University of Pittsburgh where she met her beloved Don. They spent most of their life in Pittsburgh until retirement took them to Arizona for several years. After Don passed, she moved back to be closer to family. Jean had numerous careers throughout her lifetime aimed at helping others to help themselves. Her faith and involvement at church was important to her, serving as a Stephen Minister at her church in Arizona. She also had a life-long love for music. Most of her life was dedicated to singing in the choir at church starting at a young age, as well as performing and singing in local musical productions. She loved being around family and cherished all of the family gatherings interacting with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her family loved hearing her stories from throughout her life. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday January 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Bethlehem Lutheran Church 1719 Mt. Royal Blvd Glenshaw, PA 15116.
