Joyce A. Wills

Joyce Ann Wills age 68 of Shaler Twp., passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 18, 2024. She was born on October 31, 1955 to Stan and Eleanor Popinski in Pittsburgh, PA. Her memory lives on through her husband John Wills, daughter Samantha (Peter) Biernesser, and son Johnny Wills. Her greatest joy was her granddaughter Aubrey Jade Wills. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Barry Popinski. She leaves behind her sister Joan (Ken), Stan (Sandy), Jayne, and Janice. Joyce attended Shaler Area High School, where she played the clarinet in the marching band. She worked at the schools with children with special needs. Joyce loved spending time with her family, walking her dog Nellie, bowling, and playing shuffleboard. Friends and family are invited from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, September 20th and for a prayer service on Saturday, September 21st at 11:00 AM at Bock Funeral Home Ltd. 1500 Mount Royal Blvd. Glenshaw. A luncheon will be held at 1:00 PM for close family and friends. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to a charity of your choice.
