Lawrence J. Gorski

Lawrence J. “Larry” Gorski, age 81, of Allison Park, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Beloved husband of Margie (Miller) Gorski and the late Janice K. Gorski; dear brother of the late Arthur, Stanley (surv. Brenda), Stephanie “Stevie” (surv. William "Pap") McGovern, and Ruth Ann (surv. Lewis) Parrish; cherished son of the late Stanley and Josephine (Kruszewski) Gorski; also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews and his loving cats. Larry loved square dancing with his wife Margie and looked forward to spending the winters in Ormond Beach, FL. He was a longtime Usher at St. Bonaventure Church, Glenshaw and a member of the Men’s Club at church as well. Larry spent his career at Bell Telephone (Verizon) and retired after 32 years. A Special Thank You to the staff at Concordia at Rebecca Residence and the dear friends that came to visit. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Animal Friends. Visitation will be private. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Matthew, St. Bonaventure Church, Glenshaw, on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
