Loretta Ann Boselovic

Loretta Ann Boselovic, a determined spirit and gentle soul, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2024, at age 100. A native of Bloomfield, Loretta graduated from Mt. Alvernia High School before working at St. Francis Hospital. She was a devout and active member of All Saints Church in Etna, serving with the Christian Mothers, Ladies of Charity and as a Sunday school teacher. She also worked at the polls on Election Day and helped run the family business, Zip’s Distributing. But her biggest accomplishment was setting a high standard for being a loving spouse, inspiring parent, and devoted grandmother and great grandmother. Loretta was preceded in death by Victor, her husband of 59 years, sister Roseann Haneiko, and brother Len Santek. She is survived by daughters Nancy Shick (Jerry) of Coatesville, Pa., and Janet Flynn of Falls Church, Va.; and sons Len (Elizabeth) of McCandless, Pa., and Don (Nancy) of Ashburn, Va. Cherished grandmother of Bill Shick (Nina), Kate Stone, and Emily Bolles (Dave); Matthew, Laura, and Sarah Boselovic; Danny (Gabrielle) and Joseph Boselovic (Katie); and Michael and Caroline Flynn. Adoring great grandmother of Dylan and Avery Bolles and Jacob and Luna Boselovic. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Nancy Santek, and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Bock Funeral Home, 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10 AM in St. Matthew Parish, All Saints Church, followed by burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
