Martin Wielechowski

Martin “Marty” Wielechowski, age 79, of Shaler Twp., passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. Beloved husband of 58 years to Lidia (Bacuzzi) Wielechowski; loving father of David (Julie) and Steve (Veronica); proud grandpa of Vito and Renata; dear brother of Tim (Georgianne), Diane (David) Russell, and Cindy (Lenny) Rzoski; he is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Marty proudly served his country in the US Marines serving as security for the Embassy in Bolivia and Mexico where he met his best friend, his wife Lidia. He enjoyed playing golf with his friends and spending time with his family. Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 8 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 12 noon in St. Matthew Parish, St. Bonaventure Church, Glenshaw. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to a charity of your choice.
