Michael J. Orban

Michael J. Orban, age 66, of Allison Park on Sunday July 2, 2023. Loving father of Kathleen Orban; son of Patricia and the late Joseph Orban; brother of Thomas (Gloria) Orban, Diane (William) Walker, Donna Bivens and the late Karen (sur. John) Haas. Mike was the creative force behind the Miniature Railroad and Village at the Carnegie Science Center for many years. He enjoyed using his artistic abilities there and his many interactions with the volunteers and visitors. Mike’s greatest joy in life was time spent at home with his family and he will be greatly missed. No Visitation. A Blessing Service will be held in the Chapel of the Angels, Allegheny Cemetery, Lawrenceville on Monday July 10, 2023 at 10 AM. Donations may be sent to Library of Accessible Media at Carnegie Library LAMP.
