Patricia McElhone

Patricia A. (Krieger) McElhone, age 77, of Shaler Twp., passed away after a brief illness on Thursday, July 21, 2022. Loving mother of Erin (Mark) Scott and Alison (John) Lescisin; proud grandma of Michaela, Zach, Braden, Liam, and Dylan; Pat was preceded in death by both parent Gilbert and Rose Krieger. Pat’s greatest joy was spending time with her family, cooking their favorite meals, and playing cards and Monopoly. She particularly enjoyed keeping up with her grandkids sports, music, art, and accomplishments. Pat was a steadfast Steelers fan, but was also known for abruptly turning the TV off midgame when the team didn’t meet her expectations. Friends will be received on Monday from 12 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Bock Funeral Home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. A Funeral Service and Interment will be held privately by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Glimmer of Hope OR the North Hills Community Outreach.
